Frequently Asked Questions

What is coaching the unconscious mind?

Coaching the unconscious mind involves techniques such as conversational coaching, NLP, hypnotic trance, tapping and guided imagery to relax you and enable you to communicate with your unconscious in order to make desired changes at the deepest level.

How can I benefit from your coaching?

Together, we can help you break through mental barriers to reach your full potential. Coaching can enhance your performance in sports, public speaking, artistic performance and many other areas of your life such as improved sleep and freedom from fears.  You’ll learn strategies to manage stress, relax and break the cycle of anxiety.

How long does the coaching process take?

The duration of the coaching process varies based on individual goals and challenges. Each client is unique, but significant change can often occur in a single session, with a follow-up session a few weeks later. Included in the process is an educational component. My goal is to empower you to continue to improve and to reinforce our work. I will give you a “toolkit” of techniques techniques, including self-hypnosis, that you can use on yourself.

Are there any problems or conditions you do not address in your practice?

I am not a medical practitioner and I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any condition which should be addressed by a qualified medical professional. These conditions include, but are not limited to, clinical depression, eating disorders and PTSD. I have chosen not to work with smoking cessation, weight management and past life regression. If you are looking for these services I would be happy to refer you to a qualified clinical hypnotist. Additionally, I can refer you to a colleague for Reiki.

If you decide to proceed after the initial free discovery call, we will book an initial 90-minute session. Most sessions will be conducted on Zoom, although we can meet in person if you are located in the northern New Jersey area.
